Poisonous Foods We Commonly Eat

An apple a day can keep the doctor at bay as long as you do not need the seeds of the apple. Apple seeds contain cyanide and if you eat enough of them, you can experience cyanide poisoning. You have to consume many seeds to get sick, but it is best to avoid consuming them at all. When you are slicing up your apples, be careful to avoid the seeds and immediately throw them away. When you are juicing for fresh apple juice, always remove the seeds and stems completely before putting it through the juicer.
