Yep….I seem to talk about posture a lot in the office…but only because I care!
3 easy moves to improve posture and help your progress:
1) Corner stretch: Simply place your hands in the corner about shoulder width apart, lean in and breathe. Hold 30 seconds and repeat throughout the day.
2) Take 5 deep breaths 3-4 times per day. Not only does it force you into good posture…it can relax you and clear the brain.
3) Sit straight when driving… no slouching with the head forward. This is especially for those who drive a lot.
